Abstract Submission Guidelines

The International NCD Exhibition and Conference 2025 invites abstracts under the theme “Bridging communities and Healthcare”

Scope of Submissions

Abstract should align with the overall conference theme and subthemes. Submissions may include research, case studies, program evaluations, policy initiatives, or innovative practices related to Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs).

Target Populations

Abstracts should focus on one or more of the following groups:

  • Healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health, public health practitioners)

  • Patients and caregivers

  • Communities and at-risk populations

  • Policy makers and health system leaders

  • Researchers and academics

General Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be written in English.

  • Word limit: 250 words maximum (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

  • Structure: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

  • Each presenting author must register for the conference.

  • Abstracts must be original.

  • A maximum of two abstracts may be submitted per presenting author.

Format & Layout

•⁠  ⁠Slides must be prepared in a 16:9 ratio, landscape orientation.

•⁠  ⁠File format: Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf).

•⁠  ⁠Recommended font: Clear, sans-serif fonts (e.g. Arial, Calibri, Helvetica) for readability.

•⁠  ⁠Recommended font size: 24pt for body text, 32pt for titles.
